Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on mattresses, bedding, or any other bedroom textiles. All sales of these items are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack your item – Once approved, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the item back – You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label if your return is due to our error. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card/PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds? If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item via the same shipping method as your original order once we receive and process your return.
